Each class has a Class council which feeds ideas to the School Council. This has elected members from each class and meets regularly to discuss concerns the pupils have and make suggestions for improving learning and school life. The council has been important in developing provision for pupils, such as improved toilet facilities, shelters in the playground, playtime equipment, the library and fund raising activities. The School Council meets the governors every year to discuss plans and request money to fulfil them.
